The room was decent sized and soundproof, I had such great experience.

I was offered a room with good views of courtyard. The bathroom was excellent, also it included central heating and multi-channel TV.

On arrival the room was decent sized;))

this is a hotel go-to for cologne! the rooms are a decent size and soundproof, with the shower, sufficient space, as for instance provided.

The room was great, the bed was comfortable, and there was a large bathroom.

The location of the hotel was great as I was working at the Opera House but would also be great for anyone on a shopping or sightseeing trip. It is a budget hotel but it has a certain charm and my double room was very spacious with a separate living area.It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly and efficient.

The only downfall was the carpet, very old and stained.

We had a satisfactory stay at the hotel. the location was perfect, with the Ubahn station nearby and just a short walk to the famous Cologne Cathedral. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the clean rooms, while basic, served their purpose for our two-night stay. Considering the price we paid, it was a decent option for a weekend trip.

The female blond staff was not helpful enough. Since the hotel dont provide kettle in each bedroom I was desperate for a hot water , I asked the BLond female staff If I can have a cup of hot water and she said..NO ! They dont serve Breakfast. You can find hotel nearby with almost the same price that serve breakfast.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to major attractions and the shopping area. The room and facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the heating was effective, which was especially important during my February visit to Germany.

There were several negative aspects of my stay. the elevator was extremely small and inconvenient, and it stopped operating after 10 p.m.

Everything was fine, honest staff, particularly good views on the Cathedral. The location in a nice area was GREAT and there were shops and a supermarket nearby. I had coffee at Woyton im Dumont-Carre, located within 5 minutes walk. There was plenty of cafés and coffee shops to choose from. Enjoyed this great stay in winter time.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

The room was worn out. Needed a paint job, new curtains (had holes) and new lamp shades. A shame given the good location.

Great staff and location. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance to the cathedral and other attractions in the city center.
